1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms apply to all users of the sce444 platform, including registered account holders, guest browsers, and any person who accesses any feature or content hosted at sce444.bet or any of its associated sub-domains or mobile-optimised URLs. These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.2 Amendments to Terms

sce444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

1.3 Language

These Terms are published exclusively in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open a sce444 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration;
• Not already hold an existing active account on the sce444 platform (one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted);
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to the platform;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

2.2 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information provided to sce444. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number linked to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — you must update your account information promptly. Accounts found to contain false, misleading, or outdated information may be suspended pending verification.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold only one active sce444 account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and permanent ban from the platform.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. sce444 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. 3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sce444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladeshi mobile financial service (MFS) providers: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). sce444 does not accept credit cards, debit cards, bank wire transfers, or any form of cryptocurrency as a payment method.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, but sce444 reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to any account at its discretion, particularly where responsible gaming concerns have been identified. Users may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits through the account settings.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same MFS account used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. sce444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a national identity card (NID) or passport — before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are typically within 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours, but may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

sce444 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures consistent with responsible platform operation. sce444 may refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected to fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity. Accounts subject to AML review may be temporarily suspended while the review is conducted. sce444 is not obligated to disclose the reasons for any AML-related action to the account holder.

3.5 Errors and Incorrect Payments

If sce444 credits your account in error — whether due to a technical fault, a human error, or a payment processing issue — you are obligated to notify sce444 immediately and must not withdraw or wager the erroneously credited funds. sce444 reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited amount at any time, including by deducting it from your available balance or reversing a withdrawal.

4.1 Betting Void Conditions

sce444 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where technical errors, data feed failures, or manifest pricing errors have occurred. In the case of sports betting, bets may be voided where a match is abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours, or where the result is declared void by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). Void bets are refunded to the original account balance in full.

4.2 Obvious Errors in Odds

Where sports odds or casino payout rates are displayed incorrectly due to a system error or data feed fault, sce444 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those erroneous prices, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. Users who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors may have their accounts reviewed for bonus abuse and potential suspension.

4.3 Live Casino & Slot Games

Live casino games (including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, and Roulette) are supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by the provider's certified RNG or by live dealer actions. sce444 is not responsible for service interruptions caused by the game provider's infrastructure. In the event of a disconnection mid-round, the game result recorded by the provider's server is final.

4.4 Prohibited Betting Strategies

The use of automated betting scripts, bots, or any software that interacts with the sce444 platform on a user's behalf is strictly prohibited. Arbitrage betting strategies that exploit bonus offers or promotional pricing are also prohibited. sce444 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such strategies are detected.

6.1 Termination by sce444

sce444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Multiple account operation;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the user;
• Account found to belong to a user under the age of 21;
• Use of prohibited betting software or automated tools.

6.2 Termination by User

You may close your sce444 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (subject to outstanding wagering requirements and verification) will be returned to your registered MFS account. Accounts subject to open investigations or pending withdrawals may not be immediately closed.

6.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account — whether initiated by you or by sce444 — your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding bonuses or promotional credits that have not met their wagering requirements shall be forfeited. Verified, withdrawable balances will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to sce444's right to offset any amounts owed to the platform.

7.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 7.2 Dispute Resolution

sce444 aims to resolve all user disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, sce444 will cooperate in good faith with any applicable dispute resolution mechanism. Users are encouraged to maintain records of all transactions and communications with the platform to support any dispute.

7.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or in conflict with applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms entirely.

7.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and sce444 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
